Comcast Tech caught and arrested for masturbating in customer’s home (09/19/2011) – 31-year-old Comcast Tech Installer, Shane Wheatley of Port Charlotte was recently charged by deputies with "Exposure of Sexual Organs".  Allegedly according to a 24 year old female Comcast customer, Shane entered her home n July 31st to install cable.  The Comcast customer got more than an installation after she alleges that Shane began to touch himself and then pulled out his privates and began to masturbate.

Well she did ask for a tech to come between 9-11.  What did she expect?

Correction .. He worked for a contracting company, not Comcast.

Even so, he was contracted out by Comcast to perform the work, so he is working for Comcast and is a Comcast Technician.  When you perform work for someone you are working for them and representing the company and should be abiding by the same standards as their own in home technicians.

I can't disagree with you.  He is a contractor, however he works for a company that does contracting work for Comcast.  That company is reliable for all actions of their employees.  Therefore, he does not work directly for Comcast nor is Comcast reliable for his actions.  He was fired from Comcast directly, before he was recently fired for his actions with the contracting company.
